The seating is extremely comfortable and I think the distance between the tables is extremely decent. There you don't get the feeling of eating fish in a can in the evening. The waiter worked quickly, cleanly and nicely. From my point of view, a trip to the restaurant is consistently recommended. Inexpensive, diverse selection of dishes and drinks. I and my sister were really especially happy to finally find an inn near us, which we can still afford at the end of the month without restriction.

Cozy and very good food

We didn't even have to eat here to find it awful! We walk into the garden, which has just opened, when the cook (or boss) walks towards us in his dirty apron. Without saying hello, he just asks really unfriendly: "Reserved?" We answer no, and he: "Then there's nothing !!" - You don't want anything anymore !!

Have just "tried" the new tenant "very nice" as before the service! to explain that it is very unhygienic to have completely dirty, stained pillows on the chairs, we put them aside and considered going again, since you don’t know if the pillows are so dirty, it looks inside ... we have the service 4x !!! pointing to the dirty pillows and instead of apologizing and simply taking the dirty pillows with us, we were ignored. After the fourth try and great disgust, we put the chair with the dirty stacked pillows at the next table ... The food was somehow "ok", below average ... Unfortunately, because we were always given fantastic food by the previous owners ... Now everything is simply loveless ... When it was time to pay, we both wanted to pay by card, which was everywhere in the "Corona period" !! We were told with a smile that only cash payment is possible, which should have been said to the guest beforehand as we didn't have any cash with us! Fortunately we had a birthday letter with money so that we could pay ... The waitress put down the remaining money without a word, turned around and left without saying a word. No thanks, no goodbye! Nothing!!! We were glad we didn't! Tipped because the "rabbit arbor" didn't deserve it at all. Sorry! After the phone call, I'm just stunned like the manager with nice, polite paying guests! who simply wanted to draw his attention to grievances ... PS: The tables were unfortunately not disinfected either, which we then had to do with our own Sagrotan towels ... The rabbit arbor now is just a tragedy ... What a pity!!! We actually wanted to celebrate a big family party there, but now we're making a huge detour around the rabbit arbor, as are all the other friends, acquaintances, family ... The way it screams into the forest ...

The ambience is rustic-authentic, fits the name of the restaurant. The service friendly and quick. I had the veal cheeks, with fries instead of the pasta ordered, everything was right. The salad was fresh and crisp. The veal cheeks were tender and delicious, but a lot of sauce, the fries unfortunately a little too salty. The whole thing rather lean with a quarter tomato and some parsley decorated. An honest, good food, portions plentiful, but this does not fit the price of 20.80 €. Still 4 stars because it was nice.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food is not so good after the tenant change 😐 The salad was carelessly served on the plate and I had the feeling that the raw food salads from the bucket, so ready-made salads, were. Can be wrong, but then they were very badly dressed. There the cook has to practice a bit 😁 Before the tenant change we were often there, but now after this disappointment it was the first and last time.

Total insider tip! Delicious food at really good prices. You can choose from smaller dishes (cheese platter with bread) to whole meals (schnitzel, medallions, steak). Everything good home-style with fried potatoes, cauliflower, red cabbage, croquettes, ... The service was very friendly and quick.
